Raiser's Edge Specialist
Meghan Randolph
Meghan brings nearly a decade of Raiser’s Edge expertise and a versatile background in other CRM platforms including Bloomerang and Little Green Light. Before joining WIST, she served as the Database and Membership Manager for a museum utilizing RE, where she specialized in complex report development, streamlining processes, and enhancing donor and member communications. Meghan is highly proficient in Bloomerang, where she manages everything from data and gift entry to grant tracking and membership. Her expertise extends to building custom reports, performing comprehensive data cleanups, and establishing organizational best practices.
Meghan’s career began in financial reporting and analysis, a foundation that fuels her sharp analytical skills and love for process improvement. Whether she’s diving into Excel or developing new policies and procedures, she is passionate about making data work better for mission-driven organizations.
A resident of southern Indiana, Meghan shares her home with her two children and a lively crew of pets (a dog, two cats, and a guinea pig). When she isn’t optimizing databases, you’ll find her gardening, hiking, or getting lost in a good book or a great playlist.

Raiser's Edge Generalist
Betsy Webster
Betsy joins WIST with 28 years of experience as both a front-facing fundraiser and advancement services guru for non-profit, cultural, and educational institutions. She has worked with Raiser’s Edge extensively throughout her career and is a self-described “data nerd.” Based in Buffalo, NY, Betsy enjoys being a soccer mom to her son, spoiling her dog, and attending concerts.

Little Green Light Generalist
Eve Scarcello
Eve Scarcello has more than 20 years of experience as a nonprofit marketing and development professional working in the fields of animal welfare, education, and social justice. After living through the drama of dirty data in excessively complex CRMs, she realized the dream of clean, high-functioning data while doing her first Little Green Light customization, and it's been an ongoing love affair since then. Eve works remotely from her office in New England, where she rocks out to 80s/90s pop hits while cleaning data under the close supervision of Mr. Theo, a senior orange tabby (one of her four adopted furry family members).
